k520 Primer can ONLY be used to promote adhesion of tapes to surfaces such as polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, PET/PBT blends, concrete, wood, glass, metal and painted metal surfaces.
Tips for using

*Surface Preparation: The bonding surface must be relatively clean and dry. Contaminated surfaces should be cleaned with a 50/50 Isopropy l Alcohol and water mixture.
*Make sure the primed surface remains free from contaminants before you apply the tape.
*THIS IS NOT A GLUE AND CANNOT BE USED SOLELY AS A GLUE. THE ADHESION PROMOTER IS FOR BETTER ADHESION OF YOUR TAPE. YOU NEED TO APPLY IT ON A TAPE OR ANYTHING ADHESIVE.
Application

*Shake k520 primer well before using.
* Leave the primer for a few minutes before applying tape. This is usually accomplished in 5 minutes at room temperature.
*k520 primer may be applied with brush or swab. It can also be applied with a pressurized flow gun, knurled roller or other similar type of application equipment.
Clean-up

*k520 primer can be removed with isopropy l alcohol. Vigorous scrubbing may be required.
* Avoid any contacts with eyes and skin.
*This product is unsuitable for kids.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
